Today has been a fruitful one! (No pun intended.) It started with a meeting at St Swithun’s in Manor; the likely venue for our first cookery course.
Hopefully this will be confirmed within the next week or so, pending some electrical and safety tests.

Then came an equally positive meeting at Sheffield Town Hall, with the city’s public health department, who have thrown their weight (and their contact book) behind us.
What does that mean? Lots more routes into the programme for potential participants! And a full session is a good session; fingers crossed we’ll get that, with help from our partners.

Next, I’m looking to engage with corporate social responsibility schemes. Do please let me know if you know a Sheffield firm which encourages their staff to volunteer. Because I might have a fun and rewarding opportunity for them…
